These grants support project-based learning and help educators advance students’ cultural understanding and appreciation, anti-racism commitments, and understanding of civic engagement and democracy. As an example, they can be used to pay for supplies to implement project-based learning that addresses a real-world challenge and enhances critical thinking and problem solving. Applicants must be members of the National Education Association to apply.
